Village Chapel is led by Pastor Russell Snyder.  Russell and his wife Bonnie met in Tualatin, OR and married in Portland, OR. They moved to Renton in 1991 two years after finishing his Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Studies at Western Conservative Baptist Seminary.   His pursuit of the power of God through Holy Spirit began in earnest in the late 1980s. It is his heart’s desire to lead people to our Heavenly Father’s heart and see our lives changed by knowing, loving and experiencing Him.  Russell and Bonnie gave their lives to Jesus when they were children.  Russell and Bonnie have been married since 1982 and have two grown daughters (Ashley and Erica).

Terri Taylor is the Executive Pastor at Village Chapel.  She has lived in Washington since 1988.  Terri and her husband Tom have been married for 19 years. They have two daughters, Lindsay and Ashley. Terri began attending Village Chapel 13 years ago, when she enrolled Lindsay in the AWANA program. The Lord began working in her heart and she realized that she could have a closer relationship with him. He didn't stop there, she grew to have a passion of seeing lives change and the desire to see heaven move on earth.

Teresa Olson is the Board Secretary at Village Chapel.  She began attending Village Chapel in 1979.  She has a BA in Business Administration and has been an Administrative/Executive Assistant for the past 23 years.  Teresa married BJ at Village Chapel in 1981, and became a member in 1994.  She received Jesus as her personal Savior at the age of 12 and has been following after Him ever since.  Teresa and BJ have two grown sons and four grandchildren.

John Lightner is an Elder at Village Chapel and has been a member of Village Chapel since November, 2004.  John and his wife Gail actively work with married couples in helping them build their relationship with God and together to strengthen their marriages. John and Gail have been blessed with six children and seven grandchildren.  John has been called to serve in the Men's Ministry with a goal to lead men to God, to help them develop a relationship with God, and for the men to take their role as leaders in their home's, church, and communities.

Hank Mills is an Elder at Village Chapel.  He came to Village Chapel in 1995 shortly after he and Linda were married by Pastor Russ. They began to attend regularly and joined the church in 1996.  Hank was lead back to the Lord by his wife on March 3, 1996 after wandering for many years. Hank came to realize that he may have strayed from God, but He was right there walking beside him all the time. Linda and Hank have been married for over 11 years and between them they have two sons, two daughters, and two grandchildren.
