Welcome to the Village Chapel Website! We are an independent community Church in Renton, WA, that was planted in 1951. While not affiliated with any denomination we believe in the supernatural power of God to change lives by knowing, loving and experiencing God. We believe this happens as Holy Spirit moves powerfully to draw people to Jesus Christ through His great love often demonstrated in signs, wonders and miracles. When someone is healed physically, emotionally or spiritually – it is the power of God reaching out and touching the individual. We live in exciting times when the presence of God is real and His unconditional love is being demonstrated where ever His people go. It is our desire that you will find love, acceptance, and forgiveness at Village Chapel. We hope these three objectives of our ministry will enable you to understand God’s love, and help you develop a personal relationship with Him. Our Ministries are opportunities to advance the Kingdom of God both within our Church as well as to advance it outside the walls of our facilities. People in our culture need to see that God is more powerful than the lifestyles they are serving. We desire to reach out to people that have not been reached by the traditional approaches to the Christian faith, so we want to be ready to serve Jesus outside the box of traditional Christianity. This will happen as we prepare God’s people to do the work of the ministry and by then helping others as God sets them free from these lifestyles to walk in freedom.
